Finding the right apartment to live in almost usually proves to be the trickiest of tasks: the place has to reflect our own style while still remaining an efficient space to comply with our everyday activities and, most importantly, our monthly budget. And it only gets more complicated with the increase in the number of inhabitants. However, this is not a reason to compromise excessively. The difference between a purchased space and a rented place is that in the case of the latter, the modifications one can add to it are limited, that is why it is very important to find a space as close to our requirements as possible.
Besides from the space in itself, other important factors to remember when renting are location and facilities, so don’t hesitate to ask questions about neighbors, public transportation, supermarkets and pharmacies in the area, as well as parking spaces and leisure activities. Sometimes cheaper actually means more expensive, so pay all your attention to the details.
